We crafted and distributed weekly email newsletters through Klaviyo, enhancing email flows and using profile segmentation to deliver personalised, targeted content. Our team led lead generation campaigns and supported CRM development, where we also implemented custom workflows to streamline task management and internal communication. Social media marketing played a central role, including managing Meta ads, producing organic content, and coordinating with in-store print media and external advertising.
